At Jawhara Jewellery, we are committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery in its original branded box along with all certificates of authenticity, diamond grading reports, and the original sales invoice to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Shipping and Collection

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop it off at any authorized Jawhara Jewellery boutique.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
